As the holy month of Ramadan began, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has praised Muslim countries and expressed optimism that the solid ties between Islamic nations will enable Palestine to effectively fight the Zionist regime.
Raisi congratulated the rulers and citizens of Islamic nations on the start of the holy month of Ramadan in a message on Monday night. He also said that it is the responsibility of the Islamic nations to foster and support Muslim unity and peace, as well as to increase the spiritual distance and cohesion among the Ummah. “This dear month is a great opportunity for all Muslims to unite their souls with spirituality by appealing to and clinging to divine teachings, especially the Holy Quran, and through sincere prayers, and provide the means for their own and the Islamic society’s advancement,” the president stated, his official website reported.
