TEHRAN, Dec. 01 (MNA) – Iranian President Rouhani said enemies are angry with the tranquility and improvement of Iran’s economy and seek to send negative waves to it with the last weeks of Trump’s presidency.
In his Tuesday remarks, Rouhani noted that despite the enemies’ deeds and all the difficulties, the Iranian administration has made every effort to prevent psychological insecurity and instability in the country’s economic environment.
He underscored that the enemies have not been successful in reaching their main target, which has been making Iran’s economy collapse via the maximum-pressure campaign.
He added that in planning the next year’s budget, the administration has focused on maintaining and strengthening the country’s development process and at the same time supporting the low-income earners.
Rouhani also said that the next year’s budget is not an oil-reliant one.

Iran exported more than 210,000 tons of fishery products worth $650 million to 67 different countries in the previous Iranian calendar year (ended on March 19), according to the head of Iran’s Fishery Organization (IFO).
An official at the agricultural organization of Mazandaran province said that 125,700 tons of the kiwi and citrus fruits have been exported from this northern province of Iran since the current Iranian calendar year started (March 20, 2024).
The head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) said the country has established a SWIFT-like financial system to do business with several countries in national currencies.
