Iran’s export of value-added goods has increased over the past five months, the country’s Customs Office data showed.
During the past five months (Mars 21- August 22), 46 million tons of non-oil products worth 19.318 million dollars have been exported from Iran, according to the country’s preliminary data released by Iran’s Customs Office.
China, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Afghanistan and India are the main destinations of Iran’s non-oil exports.
Vice-President of export committee at Iran’s Chamber of Commerce, Hamid-Reza Salehi, said that the export has increased in terms of value by 13.7 percent compared to the same period last year.
The average value of every ton of the exported non-oil commodities was nearly 417 dollars that has increased by 17.13 percent compared to that of last year, the data showed.
