یکپارچگی داخلی اوپک در شرایطی که چندین عضو بزرگ این گروه نه تنها با تحریم‌های خارجی مواجه شده‌اند بلکه اعضایی مانند ونزوئلا در خطر فروپاشی داخلی قرار گرفته‌اند، زیر سوال رفته است.

جدیدترین قیمت نفت / آیا اوپک تولید خود را افزایش میدهد؟
در حالی که بسیاری از تحلیلگران در مورد توانایی عربستان برای جبران ناشی از کاهش عرضه ایران در بازار جهانی خوش‌بین هستند، اما برخی دیگر بر این باورند که عربستان سعودی و دیگر تولیدکنندگان بزرگ اوپک این بار فریب سیاست‌های ترامپ برای افزایش عرضه را نخواهند خورد و هیچ تضمینی وجود ندارد که هر دو کشور امارات و عربستان وعده‌های خود را برای افزایش تولید عملی کنند.
