در حالیکه سفر زائران ایرانی به عتبات برای برگزاری مراسم اربعین آغاز شده است، برخی گزارشها نشان میدهد امسال نیز دلالان بلیت بیکار ننشسته و بازار سیاه بلیت اربعین را به راه انداختهاند. در این بین زائران سردرگم نمیدانند قیمت واقعی بلیتهای هواپیما چقدر است و چه سایتی برای تهیه بلیت معتبر است؟

قانون استفاده از کارتهای سوخت به ۱۱ سال قبل بازمیگردد. زمانی که مصرف بنزین خودروسوارها به اوج خود رسیده بود و از طرفی به دلیل نرخ پایین این حامل انرژی، قاچاق فراوانی نیز به خارج از مرزها صورت میگرفت. تا آنکه برای مصرف هدفمند بنزین قانون کارتهای سوخت و سهمیهبندی بنزین وارد فرهنگ مصرفکنندگان شد. استفاده از کارت های سوخت تقریبا هشت سال دوام داشت تا اینکه سه سال قبل با تکنرخی شدن قیمت بنزین، استفاده از کارت سوخت شخصی به تدریج حذف و امکان سوختگیری باکارت جایگاهدار، فراهم شد.
